Please also note that 2022 will be the year of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and Beacons will be lit all over the country on the 2 June 2022 to celebrate. As part of this, the Parish Council will organise the lighting of a beacon on The Green. The council is also keen to support events organised by the community for the community and would welcome ideas from individuals, groups and / or organisations. Small grants may be made available to support any events. Please email the clerk with any proposals - cwlpc.clerk@gmail.com.

Friday 3 June 2022 is the designated Bank Holiday for the Jubilee and Thursday 2 June will be the Spring Bank Holiday in 2022.
