Play Equipment Now Open

All the Play Equipment in Crakehall is now officially open. However, to ensure that it is used safely the Parish Council respectfully requests that parents and guardians note the following:

All equipment is checked regularly to ensure it is safe for use, but it is not sanitised or disinfected. The equipment is shared by many different users so please use it responsibly and entirely at your own risk.

Do not allow children to use the equipment if they, or any member of their household, has coronavirus symptoms or are self-isolating.

Children who are clinically vulnerable should not use this equipment.

Make sure children use hand sanitiser before and after using the equipment.

Encourage children to avoid touching their faces.

Maintain social distancing from others unless you are from the same household - current advice is to maintain at least 1m and consider wearing a face mask. Some play equipment can only be used by one child at a time while social distancing. Please ensure your family waits at a safe distance if the play equipment is in use or, better still, return later.

No food or drink is to be consumed whilst using the equipment.

If your family is wearing disposable PPE, please take it home with you.

Ensure that you and your children wash your hands when you get home.
