Current official situation with regard to future planning in Crakehall

This is an extract from the Government Inspector's report:
BH7 (Little Crakehall)
2.67 A secondary housing survey [HCD34] shows that there is need for 13 dwellings of a variety
of sizes in the village but only 8 must be affordable. The allocated site would provide 6
of these but not until Phase 2 (2016 to 2021).
Being greenfield, rectangular and regular with few existing
features the site is not difficult to develop, while the new boundary to the rear could be
similar to the hedgerow bounding the existing field. It would not be required to completely
screen the development or to be of the width indicated on the site layout [LCD213].
There is public support for a small development in Crakehall [LCD98A].
