Formerly The Malt Shovel Inn and a public house until the 1960's, Malt Shovel House is among the oldest properties in the village
and retains many original features.

It is now a comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom home with off-road parking for 2 cars.
A small private garden to the rear includes 2 stone terraces, one with garden table and chairs.

The accommodation comprises large bright sitting room with open fire and French doors leading to the garden; a dining room leading to a spacious kitchen. The original feature staircase leads to 3 bedrooms - one with King size bed and en-suite shower room; a second with period French double bed and a third large room with 2 single beds.
There is also a large modern house bathroom. 		Electric central heating.*
